Showing is often better than telling. That's why when Microsoft's Enterprise Partner Group approached MediaPlant for help telling a customer success story, we recommended a visual, interactive case study. Since the customer was a retailer, we designed an illustrated version of the actual sales floor, allowing viewers to "visit" the various Microsoft-powered stations and click through to learn more about the technology solutions at play. In addition to writing and designing the case study, MediaPlant developed it as an online interactive showcase.
